HealthDay - MONDAY, Aug. 25 (HealthDay News) — Exposure to burning incense over long periods of time raises the risk of developing cancers of the upper respiratory tract, a new study shows.
AFP - US researchers have shown a significant link between having non-melanoma skin cancer and the chance of developing other types of cancers in the body over one’s lifetime, according to a study published Tuesday.
Our bodies are created with building blocks called cells. It’s a well-known fact that cells grow, divide, and multiply to meet the needs of the body and keep it strong. Sometimes, these cells will divide when there is no need to multiply, and create a mass of extra cells known as a tumor or cancer.
